LandCraft Developers' delivery promises are always questionable

Is LandCraft River Heights Tower 18 actually on time with possessions? Yaar, I'm so fed up with renting in Indirapuram; landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Finally thinking of buying a 2BHK or 3BHK in Ghaziabad, budget around 70-90L. Raj Nagar Extension is on my radar, especially after the Delhi-Meerut Expressway. LandCraft River Heights looks decent online. But I'm really concerned about their on-time delivery track record. Suna hai kuch projects mein financial issues bhi aaye hain, which makes me nervous about project stalling. Are they financially stable, like really? Aur, is it mostly investors there or actual end-users? Don't want to end up in a society with low occupancy. Real experiences with LandCraft projects in Ghaziabad would be super helpful. Kya bank approvals easily mil jaate hain for their properties?
