LandCraft's post-possession support is a total letdown.
Moved into Land Craft River Heights Tower 18 last month, aur abhi bhi settle hone mein time lag raha hai. Jab tak possession nahi mila tha, customer support theek tha, but ab jab kuch small issues aa rahe hain, like kitchen sink ka leakage ya lift ka frequent breakdown, koi sunta hi nahi. Calls pick nahi hote, aur agar ho bhi gaye toh sirf 'ticket raise kar diya hai' bolke taal dete hain. Matlab, builder ka post-possession support toh zero hai. Aur amenities ka bhi scene hai. Swimming pool abhi tak ready nahi hai, bola tha March tak ho jayega. Kids play area bhi itna chhota hai, jaisa brochure mein dikhaya tha waisa bilkul nahi. Hindon Airport se connectivity toh sahi hai, but society ke andar kaafi kaam pending lag raha hai. LandCraft Developers ke baaki projects mein bhi post-possession support aisa hi hai kya? Ya phir sirf River Heights mein hi yeh problem hai? Kya kisi aur ko bhi LandCraft se similar issues aaye hain?
