Landlord hike again, finally buying in GGN
My landlord just hiked rent again, I'm done with renting. Finally taking the plunge in Gurgaon. Everyone talks about apartments along Dwarka Expressway or SPR for appreciation, but plot ka kya scene hai? Matlab, flat mein toh maintenance aur PLC alag se. Kya plots in New Gurugram (Sectors 80-90) actually better ROI denge long term, ya builders like DLF, M3M ke apartments hi sahi hain? I'm thinking about the Dwarka Expressway completion impact, but plots seems less complicated. Change my mind.

Totally get it, bhai! Landlord hikes are the worst. Plots do seem less headache, no maintenance drama, and you actually own the land. I'm also leaning towards plots in New GGN, seems like a solid long-term bet.

Sahi kaha, plots mein bhi headache hai. Registry, boundary, encroachment ka dar. Aur development charges alag se.
