Landlord hiked rent again, finally taking the plunge in Delhi

After my landlord hiked rent again, I'm finally serious about buying. Fed up of paying EMI to someone else. Delhi mein rent vs buy ka math actually work karta hai kya? My budget is ₹2.5-3 Cr for a 3BHK. Vasant Kunj ya Dwarka side dekh raha hoon. Should I wait, ya prices will keep going up? Any advice on current market trends and good areas?

Bhai, same pinch! Landlord ki toh hadd ho gayi. I'm also tired of paying rent. Delhi mein buy karna makes sense agar long-term rehna hai. Budget theek hai, but Vasant Kunj me 3 Cr mein 3BHK thoda tight lag raha hai, unless it's an older society. Dwarka might be better for that budget.

Totally agree, U1! Rent is just dead money. Vasant Kunj is definitely expensive.
