My landlord just hiked rent again, so I'm finally serious about buying in Ghaziabad. Everyone glorifies the 'Affordable Housing Projects' corridor, especially with all the new infrastructure like the metro extension. But honestly, did it really push prices up uniformly? I feel like only certain pockets near the main roads actually saw a real jump. Baaki areas toh bus naam ke liye mehange ho gaye, ROI utna nahi mila. Kaunse pockets ko sach mein fayda hua? Is it just the areas right next to the new expressway or metro stations? Or are people just hyped about the idea, not the ground reality? I think a lot of it is just perception. Disagree? Tell me why.
