With large office transactions driving New Delhi's commercial real estate, accounting for a massive 65% of leasing last quarter, what does this surge in corporate demand truly signal for property buyers and investors like us? Could this robust corporate expansion translate into stronger job markets and increased residential demand, or even better rental yields in specific pockets? It certainly makes one think about the future trajectory of property values. Those of you currently searching for property in New Delhi, what's your take on this trend?
