Negotiation kitna real hai Lavish Buildmart jaise builders ke saath Sector 140A mein? I'm looking at a 2BHK, around ₹75L, but not sure if that's the final price. Kitna discount expect kar sakte hain Greater Noida mein, like 5-10% is possible? Ya fir they just add those costs back as PLC or other hidden charges? First-time investor hoon, so trying to maximise value. What's your experience with actual deal value for new projects? Any tips to avoid possession ke time pe surprise costs?
