Since last month I've been seriously looking at Sattva Lake Ridge for a 3 BHK. Brochures look good, but what's the real carpet area efficiency like? Don't want wasted space, especially with current prices. Also, being an upcoming project, is anyone worried about future construction noise nearby affecting livability, or air quality with the city growing? Just trying to gauge if it's genuinely a good home or if things might feel cramped or noisy post-possession.
