LB Nagar mein ek 3BHK dekh raha hu for self-use. I'm in real estate but khud ke liye buying is different. Yahan water supply ka kya scene hai, especially municipal connections? Power cuts ka bhi issue hai kya? Builders like Aparna ya My Home ka kya track record hai for such basic amenities? Koi hidden costs ya issues jo builder nahi batate?

Dekho, LB Nagar is good for connectivity, no doubt. But water supply is a real headache in many pockets. Municipal connection toh mil jaati hai, but pressure aur consistency ka issue rehta hai. Mera ek friend Attapur mein
Bhai, exactly same questions mere bhi hain! LB Nagar mein connectivity acchi hai, but water aur power ka sunke darr lagta hai. Especially with these big builders, they promise big but sometimes delivery is an issue. Kya rates chal rahe hain wahan pe abhi?
