Learning from my first Hyderabad home

Just moved into Sattva Lake Ridge last month. Parking allocation yahan pe bilkul headache hai, second car ke liye space nahi mil raha. Aur water supply ka bhi scene hai, borewell pe zyada dependency lag rahi. Is this common in other Hyderabad projects? Should I check this specifically next time?
