Renting in Bangalore is just throwing money away, I'm completely done with it. Finally taking the plunge to buy, the EMI vs rent math is making me look seriously. Legacy Cirocco, a completed project, is on my radar. Price is high, around ₹7.6 Cr, need real insights. Has anyone lived there? Is it genuinely good for daily life, ya bas dikhane ka hai? Amenities kitni useful hain, ya mostly unused? Neighbourhood kaisa hai, schools, hospitals, markets aas paas hain kya? Community vibe? Honestly, not sure if it’s worth this price for an end-user. What's the real quality of life like inside?
