Legacy Cirocco investors — what's your take on resale?
₹7.64 Cr for a flat in Legacy Cirocco, I thought it was a solid investment a few months back. But ab resale market kaafi slow lag raha hai. My agent bola tha achha capital appreciation milega, par itna high price point pe buyers mil nahi rahe. Rental yield bhi jo estimate kiya tha, woh actual mein nahi aa raha. Anyone else invested here, kya aapka experience hai? Secondary market mein liquidity kaisi hai? Kya exit strategy honi chahiye for a property in this range? Thoda advice chahiye.
