Legacy Cirocco ke floor plans dekh kar usable space kam lagta hai. Kids ke liye room size chhota hai, itne high price mein. Actual residents ko layout efficient laga kya?

This is a common issue with many 'luxury' projects these days. Builders promise big but deliver small, especially in terms of liveable space. I almost booked a flat in Akshayanagar with another builder, and their 3BHK felt like a 2BHK. Better to check the actual carpet area very carefully before committing to such a huge amount.
It's a common issue across Bangalore, not just Legacy Cirocco. Builders want to maximize units on smaller plots, especially in prime areas. Usable carpet area is key, not just super built-up. You have to be super careful with floor plans now, especially with current market conditions where prices are still high and developers are trying to optimize every inch.
My friend bought in Adigara Kallahalli and faced similar issues. Small rooms, and then you pay extra for custom wardrobes because nothing fits. It's a never-ending cycle of expenses.
Totally agree. Builders cut corners on space now to maximize profits.
Bhaiyon, the project was completed in 2020-12-01 as per RERA (PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/171016/000900). So, it's been a few years. Actual possession experience kaisa raha for those who bought? Aur kya builder ne kuch changes kiye the final product mein regarding layouts ya space?
Yes, as U8 said, possession was on time. My cousin lives there, in the Aavalahalli side, and he mentioned that while the structure was good, the internal finishing and some layout compromises were evident. They had to spend extra on custom storage solutions because standard furniture didn't fit well.
Possession to 2020 mein hi mil gaya tha for most units, on time. But finish quality aur minor issues kaafi report hue the initially. RERA ID sahi hai but post-possession service was a bit slow.
Yeah, I also noticed the lack of proper storage spaces. Builder ne shayad ispe zyada dhyaan nahi diya. Where will a family keep all their stuff?
Totally agree with the original post. Itna high price point hai, but the carpet area feels disproportionately small compared to the super built-up. My budget is tight, so every square foot counts.
Legacy Cirocco ke floor plans dekh kar usable space kam lagta hai. Kids ke liye room size chhota hai, itne high price mein. ₹7.6 Cr se ₹10.8 Cr mein toh expect karte hain ki thoda spacious feel ho. Actual residents ko layout efficient laga kya? Ya sirf show flat mein sab theek lagta hai?
Exactly! I visited their sample flat, space utilization was really poor, especially the master bedroom. It felt cramped, and the balcony was tiny. Kids ke room mein toh bed ke alawa kuch fit hi nahi hoga.
Haan yaar, same feel hua. For 7.6 Cr, expect better space and design. Bahut cramped lag raha tha.
