NRI ho toh aur mushkil hai physically check karna. Mere ek relative ne Ansal Villas mein liya tha, unko bhi bahut run-around mila for approvals. Make sure you have a trusted local representative ya lawyer jo physically verify kar sake har document aur site pe jaake. Don't trust online photos blindly, they can be years old.
NRI ke liye tax implications bhi dekhne padenge, U2 is right. Aur Genesis ke prices kya chal rahe hain abhi? Especially for a completed project, resale value ka kya scene hai? Anand Vihar mein kuch properties dekhi thi, rates upar ja rahe hain wahan.
