Builder-buyer agreement mein itne hidden clauses hain, lagta hai bas builder ka hi fayda hai. Kaise check karte hain ki RERA registration asli mein effective hai ya sirf formality? Matlab, agar builder delay karega, toh RERA complaints actually kaam karti hain ya bas paper pe acha lagta hai? Meri knowledge ke hisaab se toh bohot loopholes hote hain. Koi real-life experience share kar sakta hai kya ki builder ne delay kiya aur RERA se kuch solid help mili? Title verification process bhi itna tricky lag raha hai, not sure if I'm missing something important.
