What critical title verification steps do buyers often skip? Lawyers sometimes miss things, I hear. Has anyone faced RERA or title clarity issues post-booking in Bengaluru? This is a huge investment.

Bhai, 1.5 lakh just for legal fees? That's a lot, are you sure you're getting the right lawyer? Most charge a fixed fee per property, not per consultation. RERA check toh basic hai, but asli game title deeds mein hai. Make sure your lawyer checks the entire chain of documents, not just the current owner's. Kahi pe bhi sale deed mein discrepancy ho sakti hai.
