Since last Diwali, I've been seriously looking for a 2BHK in Pune. Fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. Landlord ne phir rent badha diya. I'm eyeing NBC Shrirang Park by Neev Sai Creations, budget around ₹95L in Baner. As an investor, legal due diligence is my absolute priority. How do you properly check RERA registration? Sirf number enough hai? What common red flags? Proper title verification steps? I don't want missed crucial steps affecting future exit options. How do you verify a builder's legal track record here in Pune? Any lawyer recommendations ya essential documents to check?

Bhai, pehle toh congrats for taking the plunge! Renting is a pain, landlord ne sahi time pe yaad dilaya hoga lol. ₹95L for 2BHK in Baner sounds decent, but RERA check is non-negotiable. I'm also looking in that range, near Akurdi, and the builder reputation is my biggest worry. What's the possession date they are promising for NBC Shrirang Park?
