Since January, I'm checking flats in Rajkot, especially Krishna Kunj. Ansal API ke projects bhi dekhe hain. Honestly, legal verification mein thoda doubt hai. RERA check, title search, encumbrance certificate... yeh sab khud karwana padta hai ya builder de deta hai? Kya kisi ne Ansal API ke saath experience kiya hai?

Builder ki zimmedari? Bhai, sapne mat dekho. Legal verification is *your* responsibility, always. Ansal API ka track record bohot mixed hai, especially outside metro cities, so double caution is needed.
Sahi kaha U1! Mera ek relative Ansal ke project mein phasa tha Lucknow mein. Possession 3 saal late mila. Jab papers maange toh they kept delaying, saying everything is 'in process'. End mein khud lawyer hire karke RERA mein case karna pada. They only give you basic sale agreement, not full title chain for verification.
