6 months of searching for a property in Noida, and I'm still stuck on legal due diligence. Fed up of renting, so finally taking the plunge, maybe in Sector 150. I'm looking at Pearls Gateway Towers by JayDev Infratech. Builder ka track record kaise verify karein properly? Matlab, RERA registration toh check karunga, but beyond that, koi specific red flags jo log miss karte hain? Should I check encumbrance certificate myself ya lawyer pe trust karun? Don't want issues later, especially with Jewar airport ka potential.
