How do you *actually* check RERA compliance beyond just the number? Are there specific red flags in the RERA portal people miss? Also, what are the crucial title verification steps? I've heard horror stories about buyers skipping things. What about builder-buyer agreements? Any specific clauses to watch for that heavily favour the builder, especially regarding delays or exit options? Don't want my capital stuck.
