Was supposed to decide by last month but Ansal API ke Krishna Kunj mein legal checks mein itna time lag raha hai. Title search aur encumbrance certificate mein kuch issues dikh rahe hain. Yeh sab kaun check karta hai properly? Dil bhar gaya hai.

Yaar, Ansal API ka toh yahi haal hai. Krishna Kunj mein legal issues sun ke darr lag raha hai. Hum bhi dekh rahe the wahan, but ab toh lagta hai better to avoid. Total headache.
