Bhai, OMM Reality & Infrastructure? Unka track record thoda doubtful hai. My friend booked a flat with them near Alpha II Greater Noida and possession is delayed by over 2 years. Parents sahi keh rahe hain, builder ka background check sabse pehle. TechZone IV mein kaafi projects hain, but make sure you verify everything. RERA registration number check karo unki site pe, har project ka alag hota hai. Encumbrance certificate toh must hai, uske bina aage mat badhna. Lawyer hire karna is non-negotiable for a first-timer like us.
