Did a site visit to Uppal Marble Arch on Saturday and honestly wasn't expecting this. Project looks good, but I'm extra paranoid about legal aspects for my own home, even though I work in real estate. Altus Space Builders ke projects bhi dekhe hain. RERA registration kaise properly check karte hain, beyond just the website? Builder-buyer agreement mein kya red flags dekhne chahiye? Aur Chandigarh mein RERA complaints kitni effective hain, builder delays ke liye? Ya bas paper pe hai?

Chandigarh mein RERA complaints ka experience mera toh kuch khaas nahi raha. Ek project mein delay hua tha Manimajra mein, builder ne dates pe dates di. Complaint file ki, hearings bhi hui, but final order aane mein saalon lag gaye. Aur jab aaya bhi, toh enforcement kaafi difficult tha. Builder toh naye projects shuru kar deta hai aur purane customers
Totally understand your paranoia, OP. I'm also a first-time buyer and the legal stuff is super confusing. Yeh RERA complaints ka kya scene hai sach mein? Bas paper pe hai ya kuch action bhi hota hai?
Bhai, Uppal Marble Arch toh theek hai, but Altus Space Builders ka naam sunke darr lagta hai. Pata hai, unke record mein 'Total projects: 0' show ho raha hai? Matlab koi previous track record hi nahi hai. Itna bada investment aur builder ka koi experience nahi? Bahut risky lag raha hai yaar.
