Leisure Valley: Is the premium justified for daily living?

₹2.5 Cr for a 3BHK in Leisure Valley... yeh price justified hai kya? Currently, I'm in a 2BHK and thinking of upgrading. Already home loan chal raha hai. Residents, please share your experience. Daily life kaisa hai? Parking aur traffic ka kya scene rehta hai, especially peak hours mein? Is the premium worth it?
