₹95 lakh for a 2BHK in Leisure Valley — is this the new normal? I'm looking at Sunder Homes and a couple others near Leisure Market. Honestly, it's my first time buying, so I'm totally lost on how to shortlist properties. Site visits par kya kya check karna chahiye jo builders nahi batate?
