₹80 lakh for a 2BHK at Casagrand Zaiden. Amenities dekhke laga worth it hai. But 6 months post-possession, clubhouse abhi bhi shell hai. Haan yaar, yahi confusion hai. Ho sakta hai OP ne Casagrand ke kisi aur project mein liya ho, ya fir builder ne occupancy certificate ke bina possession de diya ho, jo illegal hai. Yeh log OC ke bina bhi keys de dete hain kabhi kabhi.
