Okay I'll be honest — real estate mein kaam karke bhi, khud ke liye buying is different. LGCL ke Banashankari project mein interest hai. Builder ka official rate hai ₹1.3 Cr for a 2BHK, but I'm hearing about spot discounts. Kitna realistic hai to expect 5-7% off? Ya yeh sirf marketing hype hai? Kya price correction ka wait karna chahiye?

1.3 Cr for a 2BHK in Banashankari? Thoda high lag raha hai, especially from LGCL. Spot discounts are usually builder's way to clear inventory, not genuine price reduction. 5-7% is good if you get it, but check the base price first. Often they inflate it and then give 'discount'.
