Hey fellow homebuyers, I’ve been looking into LGCL Stonescape in Bangalore, and wanted to share my thoughts, especially regarding RERA and buyer protection. It's a completed project, which immediately offers a layer of security, eliminating construction delay worries many of us face. Crucially, LGCL Stonescape is RERA registered with ID PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/171014/000327. This isn't just a formality; it means the project has undergone regulatory scrutiny, ensuring transparency in approvals and project details, even post-completion. LGCL, founded by Girish Puravankara in 2007, generally has a good reputation for timely delivery and quality materials, adding to confidence in their legal compliance and commitment to buyers. For a project spread across 2 acres, offering homes between ₹1.99 Cr – ₹2.67 Cr (averaging ₹7490/sqft), this regulatory backing provides immense peace of mind. For end-users, knowing your investment is legally sound and governed by RERA translates directly into a stress-free living experience, focusing on lifestyle rather than legal battles. Buyer Verdict: Given its completed status and robust RERA registration, LGCL Stonescape appears to be a very safe bet from a regulatory and legal compliance standpoint.
Hey fellow Propmyna members, wanted to share my insights on LGCL Stonescape, a completed project by LGCL in Bangalore. Having followed this development, which offers premium homes from ₹1.99 Cr – ₹2.67 Cr (Avg Price/Sqft: ₹7490) across its 2-acre expanse, I've gathered some interesting feedback regarding the actual possession and post-handover experience. LGCL is known for timely delivery and quality, and it seems Stonescape largely lived up to that. The possession process, while typically bureaucratic, was reportedly smoother than many hear about. Quality-wise, most residents found the delivery impressive, though the snag list experience varied. Some found minor fixes were addressed promptly, others faced slight delays. Post-handover, the lifestyle here is a big plus. Residents frequently praise the quiet, community-centric environment, the quality of construction holding up well, and the practical livability for families. My verdict: For those prioritizing quality and a settled living experience, LGCL Stonescape appears to be a solid choice, despite the occasional snagging hiccup.
₹45,000 rent every month is just becoming too much. I've been renting for 5 years now, aur ab bas ho gaya hai. Finally taking the plunge, looking at LGCL Stonescape. It's completed and the price range of ₹1.99 Cr–₹2.67 Cr for a 3BHK looks tempting. But I'm worried about the actual living experience. Jin logon ne yahan move kiya hai, daily life kaisi hai? Jo amenities brochure mein hain – like the club house, pool – woh actually useful hain ya sirf dikhane ke liye? Maintenance charges kitne aate hain monthly? Also, neighbourhood kaisa hai, schools aur hospitals kitne paas hain? Commute from here to major work hubs, especially towards Sarjapur, kitna time lagta hai? Not sure if it's genuinely a good home, ya sirf paper pe accha lagta hai. Any real resident feedback would be super helpful.
Honestly, kids moved out, so I'm eyeing LGCL Stonescape. Completed project hai. Daily living experience kaisa hai? Maintenance charges kitne aate hain? Hospital proximity important hai.
