Possession was in March, and honestly, Lingojiguda mein rehna is a mixed bag. Jab flat khareeda tha, laga ₹95L for a 3BHK was okay, but ab lagta hai thoda overpaid kar diya kya? Agent ne bahut promises kiye the. Water supply ka issue hai, yaar. Municipal water timing bahut limited hai, borewell pe depend karna pad raha. Tanker ka kharcha alag se. Plus, office commute Gachibowli tak, it's a proper struggle during peak hours. ORR access theek hai, but andar ke roads bahut congested hain. Not sure if this area ka appreciation potential utna hai jitna agents bolte hain. Koi aur bhi Lingojiguda mein rehta hai? What's your take on current property prices here, are they really justified?

OMG, this is exactly what I'm worried about! Lingojiguda was on my list because of the 'potential' but water issues and commute are deal-breakers. ₹95L for a 3BHK seems steep. Kahan se dekh rahe ho properties, bhai?
Main toh Kokapet aur Narsingi mein dekh raha hoon, but budget mein Lingojiguda hi fit ho raha tha. Ab toh darr lag raha hai. Kya aapne bhi wahan kuch dekha tha?
