Did a site visit to Lion Green Valley on Saturday and honestly wasn't expecting this. Prices feel quite steep now, especially comparing it to early pre-launch rates. I work in real estate, but buying for myself makes me overthink; what's the community's off-the-record take on its capital appreciation potential from *current* levels?
