Lion Green Valley's investor ratio will crush resale
Is Lion Green Valley heading towards being a ghost society because of its high investor ratio? Just got possession of my place in a different project nearby a few months back, and the difference in community and resale interest is huge. Log bolte hain Gurugram mein har project bik jaata hai, but if mostly investors buy, who's actually going to live there? Builder ka delivery track record bhi kuch khaas nahi hai, so on-time possession here was always a big gamble.
