Bhai, Livia ka possession date kya hai? Aur yeh completed project hai toh 2026 kyu likha hai RERA mein? UPRERAPRJ5855 number toh sahi lag raha hai but ye confusion hai.
Totally agree with you! ₹78 lakh for Livia feels like a stretch, especially for a first-time buyer like me. Rental yield is my biggest concern too, don't want to get stuck with a property that barely covers EMI.
