Living at Nimai Tower is a huge daily mistake
Okay I'll be honest, I almost rushed into Nimai Tower after my landlord raised rent again. Done paying rent yaar, but daily living here looks like a headache. School access is messy, and society maintenance charges make zero sense for what they offer. Disagree? Tell me why.

Did you end up checking any other societies nearby, or are you still stuck negotiating with your landlord? Even I need to decide within two weeks and I am totally confused now.
I visited last Sunday and had mixed feelings. Yes the approach road feels chaotic and maintenance is steep, but the actual unit layout seemed decent for the quoted ticket size compared to new launches on Golf Course Extension. But reading your experience is making me rethink, maybe I got carried away because the sales guy was pushing so hard.
Honestly I am so scared looking at Gurugram market prices right now. Everywhere builders are charging sky-high rates, even around Baharampur Naya, and here people are saying basic living conditions are compromised. With high home loan interest rates, every single rupee counts for first-time buyers. If Nimai Tower has these daily headaches, where else can middle-class people even go without stretching the budget to breaking point?
True, but even in those pockets the entry ticket size has jumped by 25% in the last year alone, it is ridiculous.
Look slightly towards Baliawas or older sectors if you want peace, but yes Gurugram rates are completely out of hand right now.
The school connectivity issue you mentioned is 100% real. Even if you look towards Badshahpur side for schools, morning traffic during peak hours is a nightmare for small kids. For someone buying their first house, this kind of everyday stress ruins the entire peace of mind. We cannot keep shifting schools every few years yaar.
Bilkul sahi baat hai. Daily school bus routine hi agar headache ban gaya toh naya ghar lene ka fayda kya?
Oh God, really? I was literally just looking at their floor plans yesterday because my landlord gave notice! What exact maintenance amount are they quoting per month?
Thanks for answering that U2, I was wondering the same. At 4 to 5 rupees per sqft, on a normal 3BHK that easily crosses 8k to 9k just in maintenance, that is crazy high.
Bhai they are asking almost 4 to 5 rupees per sqft, and half the basic stuff is not even managed properly. If you are on a tight budget like me, it will pinch hard every month.
