Honestly, I'm regretting not asking more about RWA and maintenance before buying into DLF Royalton Towers. Jab dekha, laga sab sahi hai, but ab monthly charges itne high, aur amenities ka access bhi restricted. Kids ke liye pool ya playground use karna headache ban gaya. Koi aur Royalton Towers mein rehta hai? Aapka experience kaisa hai RWA ke saath? Kya charges justified hain?
