Loan pre-approved for Ramprastha Platinum Premier, but I'm getting cold feet. I work in real estate, so I know how builders spin things, but buying for myself is totally different. The brochure promises 24x7 power backup, but off the record, that usually means common areas only, right? I'm worried about actual in-flat backup. Is it full flat or just a few points? Also, water supply. They talk about ample capacity, but are you guys seeing frequent tanker dependencies? Or is the RWA actually managing water well? I don't want to deal with constant power cuts or water rationing after paying so much. Anyone living there, what’s the real situation with these daily essentials? Is the maintenance charge actually worth it for these services?

Exactly! Ramprastha Platinum Premier ka brochure dekh ke toh sab acha lagta hai. But 2018 ka project hai, ab tak toh residents ko real picture pata chal gayi hogi. Main bhi isko consider kar raha tha, but yeh issues sunke darr lag raha hai. I'm so confused,
Sahi keh rahe ho bhai. Builders ka toh yahi game hai, promises kuch aur, reality kuch aur. Hum first-time buyers toh bus inki baaton mein aa jaate hain.
