Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now I'm stuck between Ramprastha The Edge Towers and Realticus Luxury Floors. Ramprastha feels better for end-use, real families. Realticus, I hear, has too many investors, making it thoda empty. Ramprastha ki carpet area efficiency bhi zyada lag rahi. What's the ground reality? Change my mind.

Bhai, Ramprastha Edge Towers is a no-brainer for end-use. My cousin lives near there, on Airport Road, and the community vibe is totally different from those investor-heavy projects. Realticus mein toh bas rent pe log aate-jaate rehte hain, family feel nahi aata. Plus, the fact that Ramprastha is already completed gives you peace of mind regarding possession delays. What's your main concern with it, actually?
