Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on Sector 35. My landlord just hiked rent again, so I'm done with renting, finally taking the plunge. I visited a few 3BHKs there, including Puri's project. The area looks promising, but I'm worried about basic amenities. Is the municipal water supply actually reliable, or is it mostly borewell dependent? Also, how bad are power cuts, especially during summer? Heard about some upcoming infrastructure nearby, will that make daily life smoother or cause more disruption initially? Any residents here have real-world insights?

Totally get you, yaar! This rent hike drama is real. I'm also eyeing Sector 35 for my first home. Puri's project looks good on paper, but I'm super nervous about the water and electricity situation you mentioned. Any specific insights on Puri's project's internal amenities, like their backup systems?
Regarding Puri's backup, they have 24/7 power backup for common areas and limited backup for flats. Water is a mix – initial supply is municipal, but borewell kicks
