Shaurya Alstonia Noida dekh raha hun, completed project hai. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, yaar. ₹30-50L range mein kaafi options hain, but Alstonia kaafi sahi lag raha paper pe. But is it genuinely good to live in daily? Ya sirf marketing hai? Amenities ka kya scene hai, swimming pool ya gym bas naam ke hain ya actual mein useful? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly hai ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Builders jo nahi batate, wahi sunna hai. Off-the-record opinions needed!

Hey, same boat here! Shaurya Alstonia looks good on paper, especially with that ₹31L starting price and completed status (possession 2022-09-13). But yeah, amenities ka real feedback is needed, asliyat kya hai?
Totally agree with U1! The completed status is a huge relief, no construction delays to worry about. But yeah, amenities ka real-world use case is key, not just brochure pics.
