Location premium in Noida is mostly hype, tbh

Anchal Silver Oak's price seems high. YEIDA plots are cheaper, but OC milna is a gamble. Metro connectivity is better with Anchal. Which has better ROI, guys?

Totally agree with the post! Anchal Silver Oak ka price sunke hi darr lagta hai, especially for a first-time buyer like me. YEIDA plots seem more accessible, but that OC issue is a huge red flag. Kya karein samajh nahi aa raha.

Exactly! OC ka tension kaun lega. My cousin booked a plot in Alpha II Greater Noida and is still waiting for OC for years. It's a nightmare for sure.
