Mujhse Lodha ke projects ke baare mein aapki experience chahiye. Recently ek video dekha about Lodha Sadahalli in North Bangalore. They're planning a huge 80-acre township, video bol raha hai ₹3 Crore tak invest karna padega. But I'm honestly not sure about their track record. Has anyone here bought from Lodha before? Kya inki construction quality acchi hoti hai aur possession delays ka kya scene hai? Thoda doubt ho raha hai.
Been shortlisting flats for my growing family since last year, aur I'm really confused. My wife's priority is a good environment for the kids – open spaces, safe neighborhood, aur schools nearby. Everyone talks about Lodha Bannerghatta's grand scale and amenities, but honestly, for a family with young kids, I'm finding VRL Royal Homes on Bannerghatta Road more appealing. Lodha feels like it'll be packed with investors, which sometimes means ek 'ghost society' jaisa feel aata hai. VRL, though smaller, seems to have more genuine end-users, matlab a better, more stable community for children to grow up in. Plus, the green cover around VRL looks more organic for kids to play. Is the extra paisa for Lodha really worth it for families seeking a proper home, ya fir it's just hype? Change my mind.
Did a site visit to Lodha Bannerghatta last Saturday, and honestly, I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed. Fed up of renting, landlord ne fir rent badha diya, so finally taking the plunge. But yaar, not sure if this project is genuinely good to live in daily, ya bas brochure mein achha lag raha hai. I mean, carpet area efficiency kaisi hai, space feel hota hai ya sab walls hi walls hain? Aur neighborhood quality ka kya scene hai? Schools, hospitals, daily grocery shops kitne paas hain, walkable hain kya? Commute ka kya experience hai from there to major tech hubs like Electronic City? Is it genuinely a good home for the long run, or just good on paper? Any real resident experiences would be super helpful. Kya EMI vs rent math yahaan make sense karegi?
Since January, I've been shortlisting flats in this city. As someone in real estate, you'd think it's easy, but buying for myself is a different ballgame. I'm torn between Vaishnavi Terraces and Lodha Bannerghatta. Vaishnavi is ready-to-move, which means no possession risk, but prices are high, around ₹3.5 Cr for a 3BHK. Uska carpet area efficiency kaisa hai, any real user feedback? On the other hand, Lodha Bannerghatta is ongoing, offers some flexibility, but it's under-construction gamble na? Builder ka track record Lodha ka toh theek hai, but delays ka darr toh rehta hi hai. Floor plans mein, which one feels less cramped, less super area vs carpet area games? Any thoughts on their actual build quality for ongoing projects? What's the real ground reality for both?
7 years renting, fed up of landlord hikes. Looking at Lodha Bannerghatta, starting ₹1.36 Cr. Is it genuinely good for daily living? Are the amenities actually useful, or just for show? What's the community vibe like there?
₹1.6 Cr for a 2BHK – that's what I'm looking at, but the total cost is killing me. I've been seriously considering Keya Spring and Lodha Bannerghatta for my first Bangalore flat. Keya Spring is ready, huge plus, no construction delays. But honestly, the floor plans felt a bit... inefficient? Like, the carpet area didn't feel as spacious as I expected for the super built-up. Anyone feel that? For Lodha Bannerghatta, it's ongoing, so I'm trying to get a handle on the true total cost of ownership. Beyond the base price, what should I really budget for stamp duty, registration, PLC, and interiors? It adds up so fast. Which one do you think would have better appreciation over the next 5 years, ready vs ongoing? Just trying to make a smart choice.
Just saw a video about Lodha's upcoming 70-acre township in Tharabanahalli, North Bangalore. They're showing it's right near Doddajala Metro and ITC factory, with kaafi amenities like a huge clubhouse. The video highlights Airport Corridor growth and connectivity to Yelahanka/Hebbal. But I'm wondering, ground reality pe connectivity kitni strong hai? And infrastructure claims match karte hain kya? Anyone living nearby ya visited the area recently?
