Fed up of renting, finally looking to buy. Lodha Codename Sarjapur mein construction quality ka kya scene hai? Investor hoon, resale value aur future maintenance ka tension hai. Tenant attraction bhi depend karta hai na?

Totally agree with U4. My cousin bought a Lodha property near Aavalahalli a few years back, and the experience was not great. They promise a lot in brochures, but the ground reality is different. Maintenance charges later become a huge burden, which directly impacts tenant attraction. Plus, the current market in Bengaluru is seeing a slight slowdown in demand for such high-ticket new launches. Resale value might not appreciate as much as you'd hope with such a long wait.

U3, value for money is subjective, but for a 2029 possession, this price range (₹1.8 Cr – ₹2.9 Cr) is very high for Sarjapur right now. I booked a flat in Akshayanagar two years ago, and even that was a stretch. Lodha has a reputation for delays, aur construction quality ka toh kya hi kehna. Mera ek dost Lodha Palava mein phasa hua hai, 3 saal se possession nahi mila. Investor ho toh returns ka calculation bohot carefully karna padega.
Sahi baat hai U1. Main bhi Lodha ke projects sunta rehta hoon. Quality toh theek hoti hai but finishings mein kaafi issues aate hain. Aur prices, ₹1.8 Cr – ₹2.9 Cr for Sarjapur! Kya yeh value for money hai for an investor?
Lodha? Bhai, sabse pehle toh possession date dekho. 2029? Bahut lamba wait hai yaar, especially for an investor.
