Lodha Sarjapur: My new flat has water & lift issues already

Is tanker dependency normal for new societies like Lodha Codename Sarjapur? Just moved in three months back, and paani ka issue already started. Lifts bhi frequently अटक jaati hain, maintenance response is slow. Not sure if this is common, ya sirf yahan ka problem hai. Any similar experiences?

OMG, this is so disheartening! I was considering Lodha too. Paani aur lift issues, that too in a new project, is just unacceptable. Meri toh neend udd gayi ye padhke.

Sahi kaha bhai! I thought Lodha was a premium builder. Maybe it's a general issue with new constructions in Bangalore these days?
