₹12,000 monthly maintenance at Lodha Codename Sarjapur, and for what? Just moved in last month, and security is a joke. Brochure mein toh 24/7 CCTV, hi-tech access control tha. Actual mein? Guards are mostly busy on their phones, visitor entry process is a mess. Feels like we're paying so much for show-off security, not real safety. Maintenance charges are high, but service quality for security is just not matching up. Change my mind.

Totally agree with you! ₹12,000 monthly for maintenance is a huge amount, especially for a first-time buyer like me. If they can't even get basic security right, what are we paying for? Builders promise the world in brochures – gated community, smart security, luxury living – but the reality is often just a fancy facade. My friend in Adigara Kallahalli faced similar issues with a different developer, paying premium but getting sub-standard services. This is so frustrating, yaar.
