Lodhi Colony's 'peaceful living' is just marketing hype

My current 2BHK in Dwarka is getting too cramped, honestly. We're thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK, maybe a small villa, and Lodhi Colony has popped up on our radar. Budget finalised, loan pre-approved, but I'm stuck on whether the premium is justified. Everyone glorifies Lodhi Colony's charm and peaceful vibe, but I'm not sure I buy it for a second. ₹3-5 Cr for a 3BHK there? Matlab, for older construction, is that price jump really worth it? I bet the reality is noisy neighbours, parking ka daily jhagda, aur limited green spaces. Is it genuinely a peaceful, posh living experience ya just an old area with a fancy tag?
