Logix Blossom Greens amenities are a letdown

Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how much these builders overpromise. We're considering Logix Blossom Greens; kids have moved out, don't need such a big place anymore. The brochure showed a fantastic clubhouse and gym, but after visiting, it felt... different. Honestly, the quality wasn't what I expected for the price. Are the amenities actually useful there, or do they just look good on paper? And what about maintenance charges? We need something manageable, especially with a hospital nearby. Did anyone else feel misled about the amenity quality?
