Compare it to some plots near Ajayabpur ya even older apartments in Alistonia Estate, the difference is huge. But then again, a gated community with all facilities has its own charm. It's a tough call for first-time buyers like us.
RERA number UPRERAPRJ4243 toh sahi hai, aur possession bhi 2021-11-30 ko mil gaya tha. But sometimes possession milne ke baad bhi amenities puri nahi hoti. Jo log wahan shift ho gaye hain, how's the actual maintenance and common area upkeep? Is everything fully functional?
