₹38 lakh for a 1BHK in Logix Blossom Zest, Sector 143B — is this price justified for investors? Property prices yahan badhe hain, but not sure if it's sustainable. Completed project hai toh possession ka tension nahi. But rental yield ka kya scene hai? Koi bata sakta hai actual rent kitna mil jaata hai 1BHK ya 2BHK ka? Aur resale market kitni liquid hai? Kitna appreciation expect kar sakte hain 3-5 saal mein? Confused hoon.
