I'm with U2 on the skepticism. RTM bolte hain, but phir andar se pata chalta hai ki fittings third-class hain, ya society ka maintenance bahut high hai. Plus, 20 acres ka area hai, itna bada project hai toh facilities kaisi hain? Gym, pool, security – are they well-maintained after so many years? Long-term livability is key, not just the initial price. Koi andar rehta hai toh batao please.
Immediate possession is the biggest plus point for me. Can't deal with construction delays anymore.
RTM toh achha hai, par Logix ka track record dekh ke thoda darr lagta hai. 2018 mein possession honi thi, toh ab tak kitne logon ko actually ghar mila hai? Noida Extension mein builders ne bahut logon ko rulaya hai, mere ek dost ne Alpha-II mein ek project liya tha, abhi tak phasa hua hai. I'm always skeptical about these 'good deals' in this area. Actually, Logix ka track record mixed hai. Blossom Zest did get completed, but many other projects by them had significant delays. Aur yeh 2018 possession date toh bas RERA ka deadline tha. Practically, most people got possession much later. Yehi toh dikkat hai, builders commit one thing, deliver another. My friend in Ajayabpur faced 3 years delay from a different builder.
Logix Blossom Zest is actually COMPLETED, bhai. RERA UPRERAPRJ5597 mein check kar lo. My cousin lives there, they got possession around 2019-2020. Thoda delay hua tha but it delivered. So, track record in this specific project is okay.

RTM toh theek hai, but check for hidden costs. Maintenance charges, IFMS, club membership, parking... yeh sab milake budget hil jaata hai. Have you checked what those are like for Blossom Zest?
Haan bhai, RTM ka toh alag hi sukoon hai. Builder ki taraf se koi tension nahi. I'm also looking for something immediate.
