Bhai, Aims Golf Avenue 2 ka possession date 2017 ka hai, jo mention kiya hai. Abhi tak kyu nahin mila? Iska matlab builder ne bahut delay kiya hai. Logix Blossom Zest ka toh phir bhi thoda better track record suna hai. Aims mein paisa phas sakta hai, be careful yaar. Resale ka toh baad mein sochna, pehle possession mile woh bhi badi baat hai. Hidden charges toh har jagah hote hain, but delays are a bigger problem. My advice would be to stay away from such delayed projects.
