Hey guys, I'm considering buying property in Noida. I'm confused between Logix Gracia and Rajendra Golden Homz. Rajendra Golden Homz is completed, which is a plus. What do you think about the location of Logix Gracia? Is it well-connected? Kya kisi ko pata hai about the construction quality of both projects? Also, what's the resale value like for Rajendra Golden Homz since it's already completed? I'm looking for good ROI. Which one would you recommend for investment purposes? Mujhe advice chahiye. Has anyone experienced dealing with these builders? What's your take on their amenities? Which is better value for money, considering everything? Not sure which one to choose. Any suggestions?
